The Chupacabra.
Only one person was injured and only one person missed an important work engagement.
Amber Heard placed the ‘Incident 7 argument’ in the hotel on arrival in Tokyo - the night and early hours of 25/26 January 2015 - two days before the premiere on the 27 January and the infamous backless dress.
Johnny Depp placed an altercation on the morning of 27 January 2015. Morning could be the early hours of after dawn, more breakfast time - or maybe the argument intended from the early hours until dawn and beyond - we do not know.
However, Johnny Depp was due to appear at a Press Conference during the day of 27 January 2015 in advance of the evening premiere but after much delay and confusion he did not show. Sources at the time blamed an illness. It must also be said that whilst Johnny Depp does have a reputation for being late he does not have a reputation for non appearance at arranged events - in fact THE JDC suspects this is the only instance.
Whilst we have no proof of what happened, Johnny Depp was very embarrassed by his non appearance and offered an apology to all the press at the pre-arranged press conference the next day. He stated he was at the tail end of a cold or flu but that was not the reason he was not there - he was attacked on the morning of the 27th January by a very rarely seen or experienced animal called The Chupacabra. He fought with it for hours - they are very persistent and very mean - and he was pretty sure it came in his suitcase - he threw it off the 23rd floor so it will never see him again.
Highly amusing explanation that betrays much with the benefit of hindsight.
An ALTERCATION is an argument or a fight where Johnny Depp emerged bruised scratched, swollen or otherwise injured as a result of Amber Heard but is not included as one of AH's incidents as listed in the UK Trial.
An ALTERCATION further includes those times that Johnny states he was insulted, derided, hit, had things thrown at him or a witness saw him being attacked by Amber Heard.
Some ALTERCATIONS, in fact the majority, are supported by either specific photographs or by footage of filmed media events that show Johnny's injuries. Others are included on the recordings, in texts or within the UK Court documents.
