The Mid Term Review was a local process that focused specifically on the WWF UK 'OD Project' rather than the wider WWF India organisational change. The review was facilitated by a locally recruited external consultant and followed a very conventional approach that was not consistent with the innovative thinking that had gone into the organisational development process. The outputs were described as more descriptive than analytical and did not generate a sense of ownership among the staff involved.
