The first convention since the disbandment of National Conventions from Tothek.

Held in Kueplios.
The dates of the new model of conventions started on March 25, in rememberence of Tsĩvgalè Rextèxec.

Much of the discussions revolved around what to do with the newly annexed territories, especially the overseas territories spread across Yueroki. The eventual annexation of Lower Oipienta was brought up by Vulxeš Senator Mauvye T. Alvak
