It was sometime during the 2500s BCE that humans had significant contact with spirit beings again. This contact, though, was not authorized by the Creator.

Spirit persons descended from the higher-dimensional realm from which they resided - known as Heaven - and formed themselves human bodies. They then proceeded to reproduce with human women, creating a race of hy-brids that in ancient Hebrew are called "Nefilim", meaning "fellers; or those who cause others to fall down." This name indicates that they were an aggres-sive race of people who bullied the humans at that time.
