The trip to Toronto appears to have been unsettled from the start.

The London Fields situation - although it would appear that Amber Heard was honourably supporting her director the evidence suggests the real motivation behind her campaign was to bury the film in acknowledgement that it was so bad legal cases were the lesser of two evils - especially as Johnny Depp was paying the legal costs (his lawyer Marty Singer was acting on behalf of Amber Heard) and permitting his name to be used for the required industry clout. It is doubtful Johnny Depp has been so amenable to this arrangement in Australia.

2. The Australian Dog Smuggling case was getting serious. Johnny Depp has acknowledged that he paid substantial amounts for lawyers in both the US and Australia (he US lawyer again been Marty Singer) plus he was using his name and contacts in support of Amber Heard. Australian Court Hearings were being called and demands were being made for Amber Heard to appear in person to face the very serious charges.

3. Johnny Depp has stated on record how Amber Heard insisted that he attend The Danish Girl premieres in both Venice and Toronto. This was contrary to requests by the people promoting The Danish Girl so as not to over shadow their stars Eddie Redmayne and Alicia Vikander - and reports suggest that Warners Brothers who were behind Black Mass were also not happy as it was diluting the thunder (or possibility creating over kill) for his own film.

4. Despite Amber Heard idea to steal The Danish Girl limelight from the films true stars the plan arguably backfired on her. One only has to listen to the videos from any of the events to hear the crowds calling and chanting Johnny’s name to realise they were not attending to see Amber Heard. Not once does anyone call out her name.

5.Johnny Depp appears somewhat bruised and scratched in photographs taken in Toronto. He is on tape saying that Amber Heard had his hit on the ear and indeed it is the left side of his face that looks injured - Johnny used strands of hair and make-up to distract from the bruises.

6. Amber Heard’s knuckles look like those of a boxer. There are no other marks - scratches or bruises - on her.

7. Johnny Depp was by this time beginning to question his marriage - this is made clear on the Toronto Tapes were an otherwise happy go lucky sounding Johnny is so upset by Amber Heard he goes as far as to remove his wedding ring.

An ALTERCATION is an argument or a fight where Johnny Depp emerged bruised scratched, swollen or otherwise injured as a result of Amber Heard but is not included as one of AH's incidents as listed in the UK Trial.

An ALTERCATION further includes those times that Johnny states he was insulted, derided, hit, had things thrown at him or a witness saw him being attacked by Amber Heard.

Some ALTERCATIONS, in fact the majority, are supported by either specific photographs or by footage of filmed media events that show Johnny's injuries. Others are included on the recordings, in texts or within the UK Court documents.
