Greg Williams and Alice Temperley arrived on The Island.

They arrived by seaplane, time uncertain.

They were there for a fashion photo shoot for Alice's fashion label Temperley - for which AH is 'the face' and model. They therefore brought the latest range and would probably have had the concepts ready for the shoot.
