Descrição:

The Supreme Court ruled in favor of pro slavery ideals. Dredscott who was a slave and then was taken to the free territory in Wisconsin for two years. He was then brought back to being a slave in Missouri. Scott decided to sue because he did not have freedom anymore. The Supreme Court then ruled against Scott.
