Descrição:

- 10-year non-aggression pact between Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia signed in Moscow on August 23rd, 1939
- Named after signers of the pact, the German foriegn minister Joachim von Ribbentrop and Russian foriegn minister Vyacheslav Molotov
- Its clauses provided a written guarantee of peace and non-aggression of each country towards the other as well as a commitment that stated that neither country’s government would ally with or help an enemy of the other.
