“Shot Heard Around the World''; This battle is the one that started the American Revolution. On the night of April 18, hundreds of British Troops marched from Boston to nearby Concord. Paul Rerve and his riders sounded the alarm and Colonial Militiamen started marching to intercept the Redcoats. The british troops started to retreat after recieving instense gunfire.
