15 nov 1920 ano - The fourth clause of the political agreement-the clause in which the Makhnovists demanded that the Bolshe viks recognize the workers and peasants' right to economic and social self-management-turned out to be completely unacceptable to the Soviet Government. The representatives of the Makhnovshchina demanded that the Soviet authorities choose between two possibilities: either sign the clause in question, or explain why they were against it.
