4 h 20 m, 17 abr 1871 ano - Although it didn't seem like long enough to be a span it is the Constitution only took a year and a half to be drafted. To solidify Prussian hegemony, Prussia forced the 21 states North of the River Main to join it in forming the North German Confederation in 1867. The confederation was governed by a constitution largely drafted by Bismarck.
