Descrição:
 - Said species vary globally, locally, and over time
- Globally: Species varied even if they were in geographically the same place
- Locally: finch beak experiment, even if species were related, there environment affected their traits.
- Over time: some living organisms today still resemble the fossils found years ago, while others have evolved over time from these fossils.
- Found organisms adapt within a species (Galapagos island)
- Conducted the finch's beak experiment
- Variation happened because of adaption, due to food sources and habitats.
- Natural selection: when environmental changes happen, and that causes survival of the fittest. Whoever survives ends up living and reproducing.
- Survival of fittest: the most advantageous at the time is able to live and reproduce
