We improved Social Wall filters so that users can now save one or more of their custom searches on the Social Wall, so they can reuse them in the future. We know that our clients, especially large and geographically spread organisations, appreciate flexibility with filtering the Social Wall. This enables users to navigate recognition more granularly, further increasing opportunities to engage with the content that is most relevant to them. Users can now save one or more of their custom searches on the Social Wall, so they can reuse them in the future. A Company Filter can now be set up in Reward Manager upon a client's request. This will make it the default view of the Wall for all users. If the Department, for example, is set as Company Filter, employees will see recognition written and received in their own department every time they visit the Wall.
