Instant Awards have looked the same for a long time. Since we no longer advise clients to make space for text on their award images, we improved the format of the PDF so the artwork can stand out and the text appears below it. Senders can generate a PDF when they send Instant Awards in Reward Manager. You'll see the new format at the end of the screenflow.
