Amnesty International, Hong Kong Human Rights Monitor, and Human Rights watch issued another open letter to the Hong Kong's Chief Executive Carrie Lam, on the amendments to the Fugitive Offenders Ordinance. The letter was signed by over 70 local and international human rights and non-governmental organizations.
