39 Hong Kong's pro-establishment lawmakers wrote to the Hong Kong government on the amendments to the Fugitive Offenders Ordinance, proposing to raise the threshold for surrender of fugitive offenders from three to seven years' imprisonment, and to require extradition request to be made by the central authorities of countries only.
