Charles Justin Boothe, 31, was the driver of a stolen SUV in a vehicle chase that crossed three counties and four cities before ending in gunfire when Davidson County Deputies Barry L. Bartrung and Matthew J. Shelton shot and killed one of the passengers, John Hendrick, in the vehicle.
