An unknown fever or flu passes through Hilltop and the majority of its residents become sick.

Michonne and the council refuse to send the medication the Hilltop needs so Tara steals it and travels to the Hilltop to reside there permanently.

The next day they meet with Ezekiel, Carol, and Jerry from the Kingdom who give them extra medications.

Jerry reveals that and he and his wife Nabila are having their first child.
