This event showed to the world that no one is safe in anywhere they go night clubs,concerts and even movie theaters none at all is safe from anything there is always violence everywhere. James Holmes proved this by shooting up Century 16 movie theater in Aurora Colorado killing 12 and injuring over 70 people. He went into the movie and watched the area to see if it was okay to go in then propped the door opened and went to the back to get his tactical gear on plus all the other crap he had tear gas and even a smith and wesson and tactical shotgun opening fire on the gusts inside the movie. This event hit me just because i knew people that was going to the movie but didnt cause of accident or got grounded and even went but was in another movie. This event was just traumatizing because my grandma worked in the same hospital building as James Holmes. This year was just bad for shootings.
