Radical Palestinians take advantage of modern communication and transportation systems to internationalize their struggle, launching hijackings, kidnappings, bombings, and shootings, and creating a transnational extremist network sponsored by states like the USSR and Arab states, that is copied by subsequent ethnic and religious terrorists movements.
