In 476 CE, Odoacer became the first Barbarian Emperor of Rome. This event is considered as the fall of Rome because it is when the Eastern and Western Roman Leaders started fighting each other. Odoacer was also a bias and military leader, and the people of the Roman Empire would not have liked his ways.
