Security guard Frank Willis was making is rounds in the Watergate building, a vast apartment complex in Washington D.C. As he checked the doors he noticed one had been unlocked and taped so someone could get in and out. So he took off the tape and went on his lunch break and when he came back it was taped and unlocked again and he called the police. The police had found more tapped doors all located In the Democratic National Committee. The thief s had stolen electronics, money and important information on the upcoming election.
