The Digital Built Britain Strategy published in February 2015 provides one consistent vision to how we create a high-performing, transparent digital economy that efficiently delivers services to all of us. Following the March 2016 Budget the government pledged to develop a new digital standard for construction and to this end HM Treasury committed £15m over the next three years for the development of Level 3.
