The Spanish Falange was founded in February-March in 1934 and led by Francisco Franco. It largely became an authoritarian, conservative ideology. It also supported conservative ideologies toward women and other gender roles that clearly stated women's main duties and responsibilities throughout there life which were to be a caring mother and a submissive wife. This policy was created against the Second Spanish Republic which created suffrage to women
