The Supreme Court ruled that Nixon had to turn over tapes to the new prosecutor. When the tapes were reviewed an interesting thing was discovered. On the tape recorded June 23, 1972 (six days after the break in), it was heard the President ordering the cover-up. It also gave the name of the man who had ordered the break-in, John Michell.
