Jose Sanjurjo created a Military coup in turn to support Azaña and also gathered support for Azaña. With this support coming for Azaña this enabled the government to get the Agrarian Reform Bill and the Catalan Statue passed. Although this created support for Azaña, this also created hostility in the left wing.
