Wilson Fisk was able to trick Felicia Hardy into getting the a surgery that gave her her luck abilities. She was unaware of the bad luck, and when she came home, Spider-Man was plagued with it. Cornered on a building by Vulture, he was subdued. Fisk revealed his plot and unmasked the webslinger, pushing him from the building directly into Times Square where he hung upside down as the press (gathered there for a bombing as part of the plot) took his photo revealing him very quickly to be Peter Parker.
