Luna was found fully clothed with all of his belongings still on the body. State Police affidavit said that Luna suffered a major trauma injury to the head. Investigators say that Luna's wounds were from a small knife, possible a pen-knife. There were signs that he had been restrained, had sustained inujuries to the genitals, and had died from drowning.
