On October 7th, 2004 the Duelfer report was released. Authorized by Charles Duelfer it displays the findings of the CIA’s search for WMD in Iraq. They came to a conclusion that all of Saddam’s chemical weapons were destroyed in the 1991 gulf war, and soon after Saddam also ended Iraq's nuclear program. Iraq still tried to preserve their capability to create biological weapons. (Cia.gov)
