These two atomic bombs remain the only nuclear devices ever used in military combat. Little Boy's explosive yield was 15 kilotons and Fat Man's was 21 kilotons. The combined death toll of these bombings is between 90 000 and 146 000 people.

Little Boy was 3 meters in length and 71 cm in diameter. It weighed approximately 4,4 tons.

Fat Man was 3,3 m in length and 1,5 m in diameter. It weighed around 4,9 tons.
