16-bit console with not too much difference from the NES. The console did rival against the Mega Drive that was faster then the SNES. However, in every other aspect of the specification the SNES outshines the Mega Drive. Best games include Super Mario World, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and Super Metroid.
