on july 19-20 1884. The first ever women's rights convention had taken place by females.
In new york seneca falls convention had been held. 300 people attended the assembly/convention. Elizabeth cady stanton and lucretia mott. Sixty eight women, and thirty two men agreed to sign the declaration of sentiments. This lead to the passage of the 19th amendment.
