On Jun 17 2018 maintence painted over water damage and mold. The following is a letter giving notification of entry. (Note mold wa not removed but painted over)

Upon inspection the maintenance team was notified that the following items be replaced and repaired. Replace the stove and and re-paint wall and ceiling next air conditioner.
Th maintenance team will be entering you apartment tomorrow to replace the stove and repaint , please make sure you have you pet secured.
