Hawke and Anders meet Sebastian, a former prince of a noble family now a Chantry member. Hawke immediately takes a strong disliking to the Chantry nut, due to his strict religious rules. He criticizes the group often for their immoral ways and for being on the 'wrong' path. Hawke keeps him around because of his Chantry connections. Sebastian remains because he feels as though he can change Hawke for the better. She strings him along just enough to make him believe.
