Gary Withey writes to HMRC stating that their letter with assessments, dated 20 May 2011, was not seen by RFC, as the Financial Controller, Donald McIntyre, had been suspended around that date. Withey was clearly unaware that MCR had acknowledged receipt of that letter in their own letter to HMRC of dated 6 June 2011.
