A 5-year-old boy suffered a fractured skull and bruises after falling from the train's front seat during its 30 feet (9 m) drop. This was before height restrictions at Cedar Point, so although the boy was too small to ride, the park did not know. The park added the 48 inch height restriction and thicker lap bars after the incident.
