As you may already know, Earth only has one moon which is called the Moon. Earth is known as a terrestrial planet, as it is part of the four inner planets of our solar system. A single rotation or day on Earth is 23 hours and 56 minutes, or as most know it 24 hours. A single revolution on the Earth is 365 days, which is equivalent to a year.
