After Syrians got most of their tanks obliterated in the attack the previous day, they decide that they should retreat back behind the ceasefire line. At this point, Israel has taken back basically all of their original (at the beginning of the war) positions in the Golan Heights.

Israel Also receives their first care package from the USA, as Nixon promised, with primarily additional arms for them.
