This war was fought with naval units between Athens and Persia. Persia had just destroyed and looted Athens city after they retreated to the island of Salamis. This time Athens sent a fake traitor to the Persian forces and told them that Athens whole army was hiding and wouldn't be ready to fight. Persia took the bait and went to go beat Athens. But when they got there Athens was ready to fight and they destroyed most of Persians army including some of the boats full of loot.
