A very controversial move, to the point of making CEO Martin Shkrell one of the most hated men to many; after acquiring the 65 year old medication used to treat AIDS, the company raised it's price from 13.50 to 750 dollars a tablet. And as of 2017, the price still hasn't gone done either, staying at 750.
