-The Supreme Court ruled that all schools be desegregated with all proper speed.
-The People involve were the Supreme Court and The NAACP
-Occurred In Kansas City
-It happened becuase of the push for desegreagation in schools accross teh country. The NAACP was on a full mission for this and they pushed for it every time they could.
One major effect of this case was the desegregation of schools in the south even though it would take a very long time to get all schools desegregated.
