Chinggis Khan (Genghis Khan) was the founder of the largest empire in history, also known as the Mongol Empire. He not only unified all of the Mongolian tribes, but also began conquering empires throughout Europe and China. His troops, only numbering roughly 100,000, were skilled horseback riders and archers, which resulted in an incredibly strong army. Genghis was a skilled leader who helped clear the slate for modern history to begin. (3.2)
