The campaign sae a renewed wave of Fascist violence, intimidation, corruption and ballot ringing. The election saw Fascists and their Nationalist allies attract over 67% of the national vote - 356 seats out of 535. Mussolini could now do as he pleased with 67% of the Chamber supporting him.
