Starting in March, two new female solo exhibits will be coming to MoMA PS1. A Simone Fattal exhibit will be open and it will be her "first solo museum exhibition in the United States of her work." Her work is mostly abstract sculptures, collages, and paintings. The other female artist that will be featured there is Gina Beavers. Gina creates paintings that are from images sourced from the internet. According to MoMA's website, "Beavers’s paintings condense the ether of digital images into bodily objects that convey both sensuality and abjection... to confront questions of consumption, desire, and self-fashioning."
