Reprimanded by boss for an issue with my time sheet. I was told I needed to ask for annual leave to talk to my union rep or any personal business. I told my boss it seems like I am being targeted for bringing in a union rep to my meetings and that I did not feel comfortable with this meeting. Supervisor told me I don’t feel comfortable signing your time sheet. She also told me I needed to show up on time and not take long lunches. I told my boss that I have never had a problem showing up on time. I will be keeping a time log of my comings and goings from work to demonstrate this. I took 15 minutes of annual leave so that supervisor would feel comfortable signing my time sheet.
