10 out 25 ano antes da era comum - Early Roman printing press invented

Descrição:

While walking down the streets of Rome, Caesar stops to speak to a stampmaker as he wishes to procure for himself new document stamps for his office work as Princeps. As it turns out, the stampmaker has long had an idea for a large wooden stamp which would make copying documents easier. However, so far no one has been willing to invest in his idea, as it competes with the use of slaves in document copying.

Caesar, however, is intrigued and offers to invest in the man's idea, provided he also produces Caesar's document stamps at a reduced price. Over the next few years, the stampmaker works directly for Caesar and manages to invent a woodblock printing press prior to and independently of China's invention of the technology in the 220s.
