WVU students are notorious for burning couches, dumpsters, cars, etc after winning sports games. The City of Morgantown sought to crack down on this by enforcing that setting a dumpster on fire is punishable as a third-degree arson charge and 1-3 years in prison. This video is from October 23rd, 2011 on Grant Street in Sunnyside, where many student-set fires take place.
