Al Thaghr Schools: 1960
Al-Thaghr School was founded in Taif for the first time, but moved to Jeddah in 1960, at the initiative of His Majesty King Faisal, and introduced the teaching of music into the curriculum and introduced modern art and painting
The school launched the non-class activities. It was to link the school and to the community service: cultural weeks were made, art exhibitions, and musical nights, all of which were open to public.
