To maximise the public and private investment in the areas set for development, and to achieve City Centre regeneration, the proposed mega projects must combine effectively and efficiently with the others. Spatial integration between projects is critical, as is the careful delivery of
developments in response to the overall supply/demand of space at the city-wide, regional and global scales.
