The plans for the restoration of Bayt Sharbatli are still in a preliminary phases. At the time being, a contract has been signed with an Italian company to review the existing architectural documentation and complete the diagnostic.
The results of this study will be ready before summer and a tender will be issued by the Municipality immediately after. A Jeddah-based Italian engineer, in collaboration with the
University of Ferrara, carries out the research.
